Many of our patients pay nothing. Bring your Aadhaar, your ration card and any scheme card you have, and our scheme desk will check what applies to you.
Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY)
If you have an Ayushman Bharat card, eligible eye surgery is free: the operation, lens, medicines and follow-ups. The scheme covers up to ₹5 lakh of hospital treatment per family each year.
DBCS (District Blindness Control Society)
Patients from economically weaker families can get free cataract surgery under DBCS. There is no card for DBCS: bring Aadhaar and your BPL or ration card.
UP state employees and pensioners
Serving and retired UP government employees and their families are treated cashless under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay State Employees Cashless Scheme, on their State Health Card.
CSR-supported care
Through CSR support from companies and donors, Indumati Charitable Trust pays for surgery for patients who are not covered by a scheme and cannot afford treatment. Ask us about availability.

Stitch-free phacoemulsification and SICS, with a choice of lenses. A day-care procedure with quick recovery.
Glaucoma care
Early detection through eye pressure screening, medicines, laser treatment, and surgery when needed.
Diabetic retinopathy
Screening for people with diabetes, laser photocoagulation and anti-VEGF injections to prevent vision loss.
Comprehensive eye checkup
Vision assessment, refraction, eye pressure and retinal examination. Free for everyone above 50 and ₹100 for others at the hospital, and free for all at our village camps.
Children's eye care and squint
Early vision screening, lazy eye (amblyopia) treatment and squint correction.
Cornea services
Treatment of corneal ulcers and keratitis, foreign body removal, and referral for corneal transplant.
Eye test and spectacles
On-site optical store with spectacles, contact lenses and sunglasses. Same-day service available.
