Where we are, and where you are
Koraon is the southernmost tehsil of Prayagraj district, on the Mirzapur side. Indumati Netralaya is on Meja Road, Near HDFC Bank, Opposite D.G.S Marriage Hall, Meja, Prayagraj. We say plainly that the hospital is in Meja rather than in Koraon — but for Koraon block and the villages towards Manda, Hanuman Ganj and the Mirzapur border, it is the nearest NABH Entry Level certified eye hospital, and it is a great deal closer than Prayagraj city.
Free surgery under Ayushman Bharat
If you hold an Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) card, or qualify under the UP DBCS scheme, your eye operation is free — the surgery, the lens and the follow-up visits. This applies wherever in the district you live. Bring the card and your Aadhaar; our team checks eligibility before anything is scheduled, so you know where you stand before you commit to a date.
Spectacles and contact lenses are not covered by the scheme. We say so here rather than at the counter.

Getting here from Koraon
From Koraon, travel north towards Meja. We are on Meja Road in Meja town. For families coming from the far villages, call us before you set out and we will tell you the shortest route and which day to come. We are open 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
